How can I share my job more prominently on LinkedIn?

If you are sharing a job on Get on Board as a recruiter, the Share panel lets you download a square image optimized for LinkedIn and other social networks.

Use the square image in your LinkedIn post

1. Open the job in your dashboard and click Share.
2. Download the square image labeled for LinkedIn and social networks.
3. Create a LinkedIn post, upload the image, and add the job link in the post text or the first comment.

Posting with the square image can give the job more visual space than a plain link preview, especially on mobile feeds.

This is different from LinkedIn Limited Listings

LinkedIn Limited Listings is an automatic syndication option for eligible jobs. Sharing with the square image is a manual tactic for your own feed or company page. Learn more about LinkedIn Limited Listings.
