When you publish a job on Get on Board as a recruiter, you can accept candidates from more than one country or region by choosing the right remote modality and location list.
Choose the right remote modality
- Locally remote only: Remote work limited to specific countries or regions. This is the right option when you want to accept multiple countries.
- Fully remote: Open to candidates anywhere in the world.
- On-site or hybrid: Candidates must live near a specific city.

Combine countries and regions without overlap
Do not mix a country with a region that already includes it. This keeps your eligibility list clear and avoids confusing overlaps.
Examples: - ✅ Remote (Mexico, Colombia) - ✅ Remote (Latin America, Spain) - ❌ Remote (Chile, Latin America)
When you want to hire globally
If you want to accept candidates from any country, select Fully remote and skip the country list.
