How to collaborate with your hiring team on candidate evaluation

In the Get on Board recruitment process, recruiters can collaborate with teammates using roles, scorecards, and shared context so everyone evaluates consistently.

Invite teammates and set roles

  1. Invite teammates from Members and groups in your company account.
  2. Assign the right role so each person has the access they need.
  3. Use team groups to limit visibility when only part of the team should see a job.

If someone cannot see a process, confirm their role and group access first.

Use scorecards for structured evaluation

Scorecards help you align on criteria and compare applicants fairly. Assign a scorecard to the job and have each teammate evaluate directly from the applicant card.

Add private notes to keep context

Private notes let your team share internal feedback without exposing it to applicants. Notes are visible to users who have access to that process.

Share applications with external stakeholders

If someone does not have a Get on Board account, generate a public share link from the applicant card and send it securely.
