When you create a job, you must select the modality. Use these definitions to choose the right option based on where the work actually happens.
Job modality options
No remote option (on-site) Select this option if the role must be performed in an office. You must specify the city where applicants should live.
Hybrid Choose this option if the role is on-site some days and remote on others. You also need to specify the city of residence.
Locally remote only Use this when the job is remote but applicants must live in specific countries or regions. You can mention more than one country or region. If a country is already contained in a selected region, we remove the duplicate location automatically.
Examples: - Remote work (Mexico, Colombia) - Remote work (Latin America, Spain, Italy)
- Fully remote Select this if the job can be performed from anywhere. If you only want talent within Latin America, choose Locally remote only and specify the region.
If you are applying to a locally remote job
Locally remote means the job is remote but restricted to specific countries or regions. It does not describe where the company is based.
If the listing shows a region (for example, Latin America), you should live in a country inside that region. If it shows a specific country (for example, Chile), you should live there. If your profile country does not match, you will see an incompatibility warning before applying, but you can still continue with your application.
