In Get on Board’s Talent Database, company recruiters can start a pre-filled search from a job title so you can source faster without rebuilding the query from scratch.
How it works
From the Talent Database start screen, click a job title under your published jobs. The search is created using the job title (or its search prompt), so you can review results right away and refine the filters if needed.
What gets pre-filled
Depending on the job details, the shortcut can include:
- The job title or search prompt as the text query
- A country filter when the job has a specific location requirement
Credits and invitations
Searching is available to all companies. Unlocking contact details still uses Talent Database credits, just like any other search. If a professional has already applied to your company or you already unlocked them, inviting them does not spend an extra credit.
