What data is sent to my external ATS when using the Get on Board integration?

When you use an external ATS integration as a company recruiter, Get on Board sends your applications with the core application data supported by that integration.

Data that is sent

Applications export the core details you already see in the process, such as:

• Candidate name and contact details
• CV or resume file when available
• Profile links provided by the candidate (for integrations that support them)
• Application answers when the integration supports custom field mappings

Data that is not sent

Superpower AI insights (summaries, match percentage, smart filters, and scorecards) stay inside Get on Board and are not part of the ATS export.

If you need those fields, confirm what your ATS integration supports and ask about API access for your plan in the API documentation.
